TRAINING FOR PROFESSIONALS

The Kinetic Company considers every factor that impacts a professional athlete's performance. A comprehensive evaluation is performed on each athlete, assessing functional strength, muscle imbalance, physical limitations, body composition and athletic performance. After evaluating the specific needs and demands of your sport and position, we conduct additional physical analyses to identify strengths and limiting factors.

STRENGTH TRAINING

The purpose of any well-rounded strength training program is to prevent injury and to improve performance. You will receive an elite program designed for you as an athlete. We focus on addressing muscle fatigue and conditioning, increasing stamina and strength, and getting the muscle ready for competition. A bigger, stronger, more highly conditioned athlete can produce more force, which can directly translate into the potential for increased power, speed, and explosiveness.

SPEED TRAINING

Almost any sport can benefit from a combination of speed and endurance. Most athletes spend the bulk of their training time focused on endurance, but speed training is a great way to kick your performance up a notch. We run for recovery and speed, with a focus on efficiency and power. Special attention is paid to proper ground angles and force application, as well as deceleration strength for change of direction.

NUTRITION

Physical exercise is only one facet of what makes an elite athlete. To boost your athletic performance and enable yourself to train to the best of your abilities, nutrition is key. We strive for optimal body composition and optimal nutrition for peak performance.

PRE-HAB AND RECOVERY

Athletes of all levels should include a pre-hab program in their training. The more advanced the athlete, the greater the need for pre-habilitation. As an athlete's body matures within a sport, their body adapts to the physical demands of training. Too often repetitive movements and the daily stresses of training cause negative effects within their bodies.

Our job is to address weakness following years of training and competition and to and turn those weaknesses into strengths. Specific regeneration, pre-habilitation, and recovery are major aspects of our programs. We have programs that include Chiropractic Care, Recovery I.V. Therapy, Active Release Therapy, and Blood Chemistry Analysis in order to help keep our athletes at the top of their game. We want to help make you more explosive and efficient, and to help you prolong your athletic career.
